TDS Certificate (Form 16A) & PF/ESI Contributions
Due Date: Feb 15, 2026
The quarter-end TDS certificates (Form 16A) for tax deducted during the Oct-Dec 2025 quarter must be issued by 15th February 2026. Additionally, employers must deposit Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) contributions for January 2026 wages by this date, completing key statutory payments and filings.
